REFUND POLICY & TRANSPARENCY  

 

Tickets

Light the Way Music Festival is a rain-or-shine event. All sales are final. There are no refunds. 


Your ticket is for the Light the Way Music Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. You are welcome to donate or sell your tickets to friends or family if you are unable to attend.


If you cannot attend, you are encouraged to find a friend or family member and sell it to them. If you do sell your ticket(s) to a friend/someone online, please email support@brushfire.com, so Brushfire can transfer the ticket securely to the new email address and the ticket holder will receive updated festival info.

 

Light the Way Ministry's Transparency Policy

Light the Way Festival Ticketing Fee Breakdown is as follows; 

Parking Fee $3.50 | Facility Fee: $3.00 | Brushfire Fee: $1.25 | Credit Card Processing fee 2.9% + 30¢. We don't have any control over these fees however we are committed to full transparency.
