A story of how an encounter with Jesus led to radical transformation in one man’s life and to more than 100,000 individuals hearing the Gospel through his ministry.  
John A. Wilson, Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Light the Way Ministry, an organization that produces Christian concerts, festivals, and tent revivals. John began life in a small town, feeling isolated and insignificant, and sought solace in partying, womanizing, drug use, and gambling. Even on this uneven road, he developed a strong work ethic, taking on sundry jobs to keep financially afloat. His turn toward his true calling began when he started promoting country music in bars and nightclubs. He found love, became a husband and father, and embraced the responsibilities of homeownership. The most pivotal moment, however, came when John welcomed Jesus into his heart as his Lord and Savior. When he did, he was given a vision to use his gift of promoting to take the "Church Outside the Walls.” This led to Light the Way Ministry and events at which the Gospel has been shared with more than 100,000 persons.
